Error 609 – Sensor model is invalid

Problem
Your sensor model isn’t compatible with SignCommand, or isn’t detectable.

Solution
If your sensor model is reporting as (error), follow the instructions to update your sign software to the most recent version. If not, or if your sensor model is reporting another value, contact your sign provider for further information.
